I first contacted Annie for a listing and she scheduled a viewing of the property. We met at the property and she was already prepared with printouts and other details about that property and was very knowledgeable. After discussing my project with Annie we did agree that that particular property would not work and she did tell me that she will start looking in the market properties with my project in mind. We did find one and she got in touch with the other party and there was a lot of communication before we were able to finally close the deal. Annie is very professional, honest, and always reponds in a timely manner. It has truly been a pleasure to work with her through this deal. She has great knowleadge and knows every part of the transaction process and has many contacts to help out. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and professional realtor.
