As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a realtor with extensive knowledge to help me navigate the different options in loans, land, houses, etc., but also someone with the professionalism and time to answer all of my questions. Brandon exceeded all my expectations. He was available and flexible. When asked for an opinion between A or B, he typically answered with the pros and cons of each option and allowed me to make an educated decision based on what best suited my family needs. Another great quality of Brandon is that he wasn’t just my realtor and guide until closing… he was available to answer any minor issue I had in the house and wasn’t sure which direction to go, he was available to go over property taxes and tax exemptions information, and he was available to answer market related questions for a family member that was considering leasing to own. Overall, my experience with Brandon was extremely positive and we are looking forward to having his expertises again to buy our second home.
