Brendon started years ago emailing to keep us informed of the market. He took the time to come meet with us approximately 5 months previous. He explained how a sale takes place. He was very knowledgeable and professional, yet personable and friendly.

Brendon had sold another property of ours 2 days before my husband passed away and was tremendous help in recommendations to get a second rental house, which was trashed, ready for sale. I got a full-priced offer in cash the day it was put on the market, that closed in 30 days. Everything ran smoothly right through the closing. I highly recommend Brendon Payne and his staff for their help and compassion during a very difficult time for me.

Brendon had contacted me a few times before I decided to put my property up for sale. I admired his tenacity and felt that since he didn't give up on trying to get the listing, he would make a good person to sell this property.,,,,

I had the property listed and when the contract was up for renewal, I had Brendon take it off until after the Holidays. The pandemic hit not long after I relisted and thought it would sit a long time. Brendon's ability to get an offer during this terrible time was amazing. With a little negotiating I was satisfied with the offer made. Brendon spoke with my son, who had questions regarding the closing (cost, etc) and he was able to answer everything to my his satisfaction. Considering that my son is a Real Estate Lawyer in NYC, I think Brendon did an exceptional job
