Brendon Payne is a top notch real estate agent with an excellent supporting cast. I was impressed by his internet driven approach which included weekly summaries of the online marketing and instant feedback from each agent who showed the home. Mr. Payne's assistant, Carrie Amick was terrific in coordinating the exchange of documents between Buyer and Seller and closing would not have been possible without her.

He was professional, approachable, honest and easy to work with. I would definitely work with him again and refer him to family and friends. Brendon was patient and did not act like he just wanted to make a sale. He listen to my concerns and was not pushing.

Brendon provided exceptional service and professional guidance. My condominium sold within a week at well above the asking price.
