When I first met with Brendon to consider using him as my real estate agent he came to the meeting well prepared. He had an excellent grasp on the local market and a robust marketing plan for the property. Brendon thoroughly answered all of my questions. Brendon did a good job working with me to set an appropriate price for the property.

During the process, Brendon kept me informed of the progress and quickly made himself available when questions arose.

It was a difficult property to sell as it needed upgrading. We discussed the pros and cons of selling it "as is" or investing in the upgrades in order to obtain a higher sales price. I believe Brendon was correct in his assessment and ultimately the property sold for what I believe was a fair price in the "as is" condition.

I would reccommend Brendon to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Myrtle Beach/Surfside area. I believe he is trustworthy and honest and will work hard to meet your expectations.
