Brendon started years ago emailing to keep us informed of the market. He took the time to come meet with us approximately 5 months previous. He explained how a sale takes place. He was very knowledgeable and professional, yet personable and friendly.

Brendon had sold another property of ours 2 days before my husband passed away and was tremendous help in recommendations to get a second rental house, which was trashed, ready for sale. I got a full-priced offer in cash the day it was put on the market, that closed in 30 days. Everything ran smoothly right through the closing.
