Living in the northeast, it wasn’t possible to be in Mrytle Beach for any length of time. After identifying where we wanted to buy, the entire process was handled handled over the internet including a live viewing of the property and pre-closing walk thru.

Brendon Payne was a professional who clearly knew his business and geography relating to sales in his area/like properties. Always professionally attired, articulate. Very personable, not over-bearing. Kept us up to date, frequently. Took pictures of our condo that were obviously done professionally. Took the time to understand our requirements and timeline. Always had time for a response to our text or phone call. A credit to his field.

Brendon Payne and his team are excellent in their professions. They know the area and how to get sales done with little to no stress to the parties involved. I couldn't recommend any sales team more than this group!

The broad reach of your internet listings was critical to us. Also reaching the Myrtle Beach rather than the Pawleys Island audience. Brendon understood the importance of making some upgrades to the house while keeping the costs within reason. In the end, those upgrades probably swung the deal. He came in with the eyes of a customer and communicated their probable concerns to us so that we could address them. That proved very useful.

They were sympathetic when I lost my home in the flood and found me the one I'm in now.

His expertise, experience, knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area and especially his sales record, spoke volumes and made the difference in selecting him as our realtor. From the very first conversation, there was no doubt that we were compatible and dealing with someone who understood our issues with selling our properties. We found Brandon to be truthful and straight forward, patient and a very good listener; he never hesitated to share his wisdom and/or offer guidance when needed. Our only regret was not finding Brandon sooner and having to deal with a realtor who was incompetent. We are very happy that both of our properties were sold in 2018. Brandon Payne has our highest recommendation.
