i researched the top local brokerage firms with highest quality agents for most options to sell within office (more eyes and ears in firm gives me more people working directly for me). After some more research I chose Brendon Payne with Century 21 The Harrelson Group and I could not have made a better choice. Very professional......
When my father passed away very unexpectedly his condo was already on the market. Brendon Payne was handling this for him. My father was very impressed with Brendon but had not been realistic on the sale price and some things that had needed to be done in the condo in order for it to sell.
Though I could have chosen someone else to sell the condo I went with Brendon based on Dad's comments and praise of him. I met with Brendon and found him to be friendly, very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I followed his advice and the condo sold within the first week it was on the market. I could not have been more pleased.
After the contract was signed, Brendon's staff, in particular Marc Michaelson guided me through every step of the closing. Their help and accessibility were invaluable.

I am very satisfied with the way that Karla Rupp represented me and the way that she handled the entire process of searching, finding and consummating my purchase.
I was clearly impressed with the staff and when I interviewed Brendon Payne. His sales representative Marc was Over-The-Top with personal services to help with the closing. The closing staff was quick, professional, and friendly. I felt I could trust this operation from head to toe.
Brendon was my third agent having sales fallen through days before closing. I hired Brendon, he did what he said he would do and sold the house in about a month.

In closing, as I mentioned above, there was a Professional approach however it never appeared to be about "the sale" as it was about what was I the customer trying to accomplish.
