After 25 years of public service in law enforcement—serving as a Field Training Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, K9 Unit founder, and member of the tactical and training divisions in both Coventry, RI, and Conway, SC—Bryan Ricci traded in his badge for a business card and launched Bryan Ricci Properties in 2021. Bryan and his family made the move to South Carolina in 2017, and while they now absolutely love the Grand Strand lifestyle, the relocation process itself? Let’s just say... it wasn’t all sunshine and sweet tea. From moving mishaps to discovering that GPS doesn’t always recognize HOA gates, Bryan experienced all the growing pains of relocating firsthand. That’s exactly why he’s so passionate about helping others avoid the same bumps in the road (and the wrong turns into retirement communities at age 40). Since settling in, Bryan has helped countless clients make smarter, smoother transitions—whether they're moving from across town or from across the country.
