I can tell you as a first time homebuyer that it can become one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had, if me and my family did not have the expertise of our wonderful realtor, Carlyse Cosmas, I can guarantee it would have been a lot more stress and far more obstacles to overcome on our own. There was never a day in the 3 month period that Carlyse did not have every possible box checked off, and was in communication with me daily, and I mean daily.
