Christine from Great Southern Real Estate is, in my humble opinion, the best agent in all of Florida. Christine handled everything from the start, and believe it or not, the whole process from beginning to end took about three weeks to close. Christine was literally on top of everything. She recommended a great mortgage rep (Kevin Brill), handled all the inspections, and made sure to track important timelines to keep us on track. Without her knowledge and guidance, we'd still be struggling. As I sit here in our new home, I can't help but be thankful that God put Christine in our path. I guess you could say she was heaven-sent. God knew my struggles with staying on task, and I know without a doubt the reason we were successful was because of her and her team.
