We had met Carter at an open house shortly before moving to the Spartanburg area a bit over a year ago and she helped us in purchasing a home. There was one area that we really wanted to live in, but could not find a suitable fit so we purchased something outside that area. We contacted Carter when we wanted to take a bit more time and get into that specific area. Carter helped us with some casual looking while figuring out financing options and timing. Once we had those figured out we would call her sometimes within hours of a new listing happening and she would get us out there as quickly as possible. The home we purchased had only been on a few days when she recommended we look at it after we had done a preliminary drive by of neighborhood and home. Carter gave us the time we needed in the home with the first showing and helped us get an offer together that evening. Presented it the next morning and we had a signed offer that night.

Carter was absolutely amazing! From start to finish she exceeded every hurdle or challenge we faced and made our buying experience one of the best we have ever had! Highly recommend Carter to everyone!

Working with Carter was an excellent experience. She was diligent in helping us through the first time home buying process, always communicating promptly with us what was going on through each step and available to answer any questions we had during the home buying process. She made what seemed like a very complex and difficult process fairly simple and easy to understand. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Greenville market.

I have to say with everything that was going on specially after inspection and towards the latter stages of the process I was a bit disappointed with the seller and the way they tried to negotiate but Carter really pushed to get me the best outcome and made it so much easier for me.
I highly recommend Carter Patterson, she is the right woman for the job.
