Part 2......Since I purchased a new construction, there were a bunch of house inspections and meetings to attend. However, I was already out of the country for six months, therefore I could not be present for any of them. Cathy was willing to be there at every inspection and meeting on behalf of me and consistently kept me in the loop and updated on everything about the house. She literally guided me through the whole process from Day 1 to the very last day, which is closing. Hence, I was able to come home to a beautiful home. I am so glad to have met such an amazing realtor and could not ask for a better one! Thank you very much again, Cathy for everything you've done for me. It meant a lot!!

My first encounter with Cathy was in July, 2021 when I first started looking around to purchase a home in the Raleigh area. As many buyers would normally have many requirements and difficulties of their own, I was also that buyer. My situation was that I had to leave the country for six months for work at the beginning of 2022. Cathy, then suggested that I would look into a new construction in the Raleigh area and I had found the area/community I wanted to live in. It sure was difficult to get a lot in the community because they were utilizing a lottery system at the time.
