Charlene Olin

Charlene's professional experience includes two degree's from San Diego State and Golden Gate University. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Sales with honors. Her professional background was in Sales for top corporate companies in Silicon Valley. With a strong passion to sell Real Estate since childhood, she decided it was time for her to enter the of both Lending and Real Estate. She has obtained several Top Producer awards in both fields. She has worked for four major corporate Lending and Real Estate firms in the Sacramento Area and now is fulfilling her life-long passion as a full-time Real Estate Specialist at Compass in Folsom, California. After living in both the Bay Area and Sacramento, Charlene has chosen to concentrate in the greater Sacramento Region and develop strong working relationships with her clients. She has an excellent knowledge regarding the City of Rancho Cordova, in the Anatolia, Stonecreek and Mather subdivisions. She also is a Residential Sales Specialist in new homes and has partnered up with many local builders. She assist's her clients throughout the new home buying process and serve's as their adviser and negotiator. Elliot Homes and JTS are among her sales portfolio of builders. A resident of Folsom for 22 years, she offers a unique advantage to sell and service the American dream for many buyers and sellers.
