Chip Wilson

Chip Wilson brings a diverse range of life and work experience to the real estate profession. He is a former journalist and, through that career, came to know the Charlotte area exceptionally well.

Chip's foray into real estate began as an investor—first as a flipper and then as a landlord. After discovering that it was both enjoyable and profitable, Chip decided to join the ranks of real estate brokers himself. He is licensed as a broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina and works for Garibaldi Realty. Additionally, he serves as the broker-in-charge of HouseWins Investments, his property management company, and is the N.C. broker-in-charge and branch manager for K.M. Minemier and Associates, which manages real estate marketing for the Mecklenburg County Tax Collector's Office.
