Inventory in Dallas, NC has increased on a rolling three-month basis, with active listings up more than 18 percent year over year and months of supply soaring to 6.7. At the same time, homes sold have declined nearly 28 percent from a year ago, while pending sales are only slightly lower, pointing to slower but ongoing buyer activity.
Pricing is adjusting to these conditions, as the typical home value over the past three months is down nearly 9 percent year over year even though the median list price is up about 10 percent.
