Chris is an amazing person and realtor on both sell and buy sides because of his experience in the north Texas market. As a seller, Chris provided market comps and guidance, listed our home, and sold it in a matter of weeks (during the beginning of Covid, mind you). And as a buyer, he secured access to every home we wanted to look at and submitted several offers, until we found our perfect home.
