My husband and I contacted Chris based on our prior positive experience with him 4 years ago when buying our first home.
So we had high expectations this time round when selling our house- and we were not disappointed!

Chris was highly communicative. We were always aware of what was happening. He was always responsive to phone calls and texts. We even received an update while he was on vacation!

Beyond the amazing customer service he provided, his knowledge was invaluable! He had a clear plan for staging and marketing our house that was finely tuned to our specific neighborhood. A qualified and competent realtor is worth every cent!

Chris used his expertise in negotiating a fantastic deal for us, increasing the sale of our home by tens of thousands of dollars. He knew the exact time when to accept the best offer and when to pull the trigger, and we couldn't have come out any better!

I must be honest, I never understood why agents make so much in commissions. Working with Chris quickly showed me why. He represented me well, keep me well informed and moved the process along quickly. I can honestly say that he works hard and is in your corner. I always knew what was happening, who we were waiting for, what I could be doing to keep the process moving along and it was never with any pressure. Chris did a wonderful job of being professional, supportive and he went out of his way to make sure that I always understood all options afforded to me.

The best sentence Chris said to me was “you did your part getting the house ready to sell, now take a break and let me do my work”. Believe me, that was said at the right time!
