We cannot recommend Chris highly enough. My husband and I contacted Chris based on our prior positive experience with him 4 years ago when buying our first home. So we had high expectations this time round when selling our house- and we were not disappointed! We were admittedly nervous about selling our nest egg. We had some major projects looming, and were so overwhelmed at the thought of coordinating a ton of work. Chris made thoughtful and specific recommendations for repairs and updates. He then found and scheduled contractors to complete necessary work. Chris was highly communicative. We were always aware of what was happening. He was always responsive to phone calls and texts. We even received an update while he was on vacation! Beyond the amazing customer service he provided, his knowledge was invaluable! He had a clear plan for staging and marketing our house that was finely tuned to our specific neighborhood. A qualified and competent realtor is worth every cent!
