For a first time home buyer Cindy really made the process a dream. Through out the portion while we were even looking at homes she treated it is if she were buying the home for herself and always looking at the small details that could later be a much bigger problem. Cindy was awesome right from the start. Coming from Philly I did not know the area well, and while my GF lived somewhat close we still didn’t have a good grasp of all the neighborhoods. We ended up with a list of 40 houses and she quickly set up a schedule and mapped out a plan to see all the houses. She was very knowledgeable about all the areas we saw (Galloway, EHT, Mays Landing, and Hammonton). She did a wonderful job pointing out important areas in each house that we should be concerned about or do more research on. After just a few houses, she got a great feel for what we both wanted and helped us focus our time on the houses that met our tastes and needs. Once we settled on a house Cindy helped walk us through the process and fought to get us the price we felt comfortable with. She did a masterful job negotiating the home inspection items that needed to be addressed. In the end we got the house we wanted at a great price and we couldn’t be happier!
