She came highly recommended and it became obvious very quickly why. She and her associates I was in contact with were all professional, energetic, well organized, friendly and thorough.

I am amazed at how quickly the transactions all took place. And in working with the Title company, how well they took care of everything, which took a lot of stress off of me. I live 2 hours away from this property and it was smoother than my local transactions. Very impressed and appreciative.

Paul and I were out-of-town buyers from Nashville, and bought and sold many homes over the years. We sought out an expert luxury waterfront home agent. After one phone call with Dania, we knew we had the perfect agent and the consummate professional. Dania exceeded our expectations. Her professionalism and commitment is unparalleled. It was an exceptional experience. We first started working with Dania a year ago and were so impressed with her expertise, and her engineering background was critical when looking at the specific details and nuances of waterfront homes. She demonstrated a critical eye in examining construction inside and outside the home and dock area, as well as providing counsel of market value and ensuring she took our critical "must-have" list into accounts when setting up appointments.

We didn't find what we needed then but came back in January for a second round of exploration. In three weeks she helped us navigate through all the inspections, title work and closing! Detailed-oriented doesn't begin to describe her work ethic! Beginning to end, she was tireless in her quest to find us the perfect home!
