Paul and I were out-of-town buyers from Nashville, and bought and sold many homes over the years. We sought out an expert luxury waterfront home agent. It was an exceptional experience. We first started working with Dania a year ago and were so impressed with her expertise, and her engineering background was critical when looking at the specific details and nuances of waterfront homes.
