There is nobody in the beach market that knows it like Dania. I trust her and her judgement, and my trust was rewarded with a quick sale at the right price. She knows so much about the market that I actually feel for her competitors as they are at a tremendous disadvantage. I have used her 4 times (bought and sold 2 homes through Dania) and we were successful in all regards every time. I will use her again should the need and opportunity arise.

Could not have gone much better or quicker. Very pleased. She knows the price to sell a home, what it will sell for to meet a particular time constraint (i.e. a quick sell to cover a contingency). She knows people, the process, and the market like nobody that I have ever dealt with.

Having dealt with many realtors over the years I have found Dania and her staff to be the best. I would recommend her to anyone. She truly has a knowledge of the markets and helping with the valuation of your home She does not overpriced your home so that it stays on the market. She sold my home within 90 days of the listing while they were other homes in my market that were for sale.

Dania and her team are great!

Dania Perry is by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with and the person I insist upon working for all of my real estate endeavors.

Dania Perry helped make it possible for us to be in our new home. We had to make an offer that was contingent on the sale of our previous home. Dania convinced the sellers to accept our offer because she was confident she could sell our existing home fast and she was right! It worked out for everyone.

Dania was superb in all aspects of a highly professional Real Estate agent. I believe the entire Century 21 Jim White & Associates team supported Dania as responses to my questions were made available in a matter of hours, always on the same day that I put them forth. The responses were always complete, many times with attached photos, copies of building permits, etc. Such a please to work with.
