Dania Perry is by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with and the person I insist upon working for all of my real estate endeavors.

Dania Perry helped make it possible for us to be in our new home. We had to make an offer that was contingent on the sale of our previous home. Dania convinced the sellers to accept our offer because she was confident she could sell our existing home fast and she was right! It worked out for everyone.

I believe the entire Century 21 Jim White & Associates team supported Dania as responses to my questions were made available in a matter of hours, always on the same day that I put them forth. The responses were always complete, many times with attached photos, copies of building permits, etc. Such a please to work with.
