My wife and I are both experienced sales professionals and we could not be more impressed with Dania's professionalism, attention to detail, accessibility and knowledge. We felt a high degree of confidence in her abilities as our agent throughout the entire process. We contacted Dania to sell our previous home which was listed with another broker/agent and taking way too long for our needs and expectation. Dania sold our home and was instrumental in making it as seamless as possible. Dania was there as promised through every step of selling our previous home to the completion and closing of our new home. We're not quite sure how she's able to juggle all she has going on and still maintain the individual attention to her clients but she does. All of this is accomplished with a pleasant, friendly yet professional attitude. We are definitely "Dania Perry" fans!
