My sister and I were looking for a place to rent & were given his number; he answered on the first call and made himself available to show us several different options right away. We met with another realtor to compare different listings, and it was obvious that his options were far superior -- we could tell he was actually hearing what we were looking for and showing us only the best options for our taste/budget. We decided on a building with a leasing office, which represents a severe cut in his commission (other realtors wouldn't even entertain it as an option) but he was still happy to introduce us as he knew it would be the perfect fit. Overall the best experience I've had with a realtor, ever.

Being first time home buyers, we were a little apprehensive at first as well as overwhelmed at times.
