I have great respect for Dave and have enjoyed getting to know him and his wonderful team and exceptional business! WE HAD MULTIPLE OFFERS AND I ABLE TO GET MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH WAS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY WITH NO HURDLES. Mike walked through the home as if he was looking at it for himself. He was very knowledgeable of the conditions of things in a home that I otherwise wouldn’t have known without really looking into it, such as the roof, furnace, support, etc. He was quick to pull pricing comparisons and was honest in letting us know if the home was priced right or not. With my husband always traveling, it was hard to schedule showings but Mike made it happen without any stress. I even made an offer on our home without my husband looking at it because he couldn’t make it and we had a time crunch, and there is no possible way we would have trusted to do that with anyone else but Mike.
