Dave and his staff were truly exceptional! Dave's in-depth marketing education and experience, combined with his intimate knowledge of the community, sets him apart form his contemporaries. Dave's staff is top notch and their energy is contagious. From the first meeting to the last, Dave and his staff were family professionals....Professional in all that they do, but personable and caring that is normally, only found in families. Dave and his team where outstanding to work with and I highly recommend them with my strongest endorsement.

It is always great to work with Bill Darwich on the team. He know the in's and out's of the buying process and is always looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend him and the team to all my friends and family.

Dave Abdullah, Kathy Sage and Katie Keasey were a good team. I got the price I wanted and the home sold within a week of listing it. The advertising is unique for local and regional papers. The pictures of the home included local sites, shopping and attractions. All rooms of the home as well as rear views of the garage and lot were included. Timely emails, calls, and texts were the norm. Pleased with the overall performance with the Dave Abdullah team.

Mike and Katie were VERY responsive. All calls were answered or returned within 20 minutes. Knowledge as to the current state of showings and cooperation with the homeowner and this receiver was outstanding. My first time working with the Abdallah Team and I will be back without considering any other realtors as I cannot imagine better service and have not had a similar experience with others. Simply outstanding.

I would definitely recommend Kathy Sage of the Dave Abdallah group as you realtor, whether you are a first-time or experienced home buyer. She made sure that I was made aware of every step of the purchasing process and helped explain certain concepts that I didn't know as a first-time buyer. She was never pushy about getting a signature or filling out paperwork and was always willing to give the appropriate time to review the documents before I signed (even if those documents did not matter that much for the process). She also made sure to get documents on the place I was interested in right away for me when I needed it. Again, I would recommend working with the Dave Abdallah group and, if you can, definitely pick Kathy Sage as your realtor!
