I hired the first Upnest rep. who got back to me and it was Dennis. Very encouraging and willing to please from the beginning. When the bumps happened, he got me through it... great negotiator. When I couldn't be at the house for inspections, he was there and did it for me. The home was sold to the first offer at the first open house, so it was pretty fast. Not stress free of course, but Dennis made it the best it could be.

Dennis helped us find our home in Sacramento. He was patient and generous with his time providing virtual and in-person tours.

We finally came across our perfect home, Dennis was able to help us quickly have our offer accepted and get into contract. We had some bumps along the way, mostly unforeseen developments right before closing. Although we didn't end up with our desired outcome with this issue, Dennis was patient and went above and beyond to help us get the help we needed. (The property was broken into just days before closing, and we had to push hard on the seller to help cover the cost of repairs caused by the burglars.)

Overall, Dennis was professional, patient and knowledgeable of the Sacramento area. Thank you!
