Erin Corwin

I have spent more than 25 years in Puget Sound real estate, and I have lived here my whole life. I represent buyers, sellers, investors, and builders through The Corwin Group, brokered by Spire One Realty.

My foundation was built within some of Seattle's top-producing teams, where I directed operations, marketing, and transaction management behind thousands of successful real estate closings and hundreds of millions in annual sales. I worked through the 2008 housing crisis and the COVID market shift, and that experience taught me to anticipate obstacles early rather than react to them late. Earlier in my career, I worked in condominium and community association accounting, supporting a portfolio of more than 80 associations. That is where my fluency with association budgets, reserves, resale certificates, and governing documents comes from, and it still benefits every client today.

I work across single-family homes, condominiums and common interest communities, manufactured homes, multi-family, land, new construction, and estate and trust sales. I also handle relocation clients and VA-financed transactions.
