Working with Erin Evans was a wonderful and eye opening experience into buying a home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and did not fully understand the whole home buying process beyond the basics. Erin was able to explain every part of the process and answer any questions we had. We felt like she was advocating for us every step of the way and looking out for our best interest. I would 100% recommend any one looking to purchase a home to work with Erin. Everything was top notch. It was like we were working with a friend who was also a real estate expert.

We ended up getting out of a contract due to a failed inspection and then purchasing the house of our dreams about a month later! Without Erin's support of the process and clear communication in that initial purchasing situation, we may have put off purchasing a house after the first attempt.

Erin found an amazing home for me. She was 'present' for all aspects of the sale and close. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She listens to her client -- that was refreshing. Her knowledge of the area and communities is beyond excellent.

Working with Erin and Ron Evans and the entire Century 21 Island Homes teams was the best decision I could have made when deciding to purchase a home. As a first time home buyer, I was on the fence between renting and making the decision to buy because it was such an intimidating decision but this team made the process a dream. Erin is a great agent!
She guided us through a tough buying process, was always very responsive, answered all our questions and showed us all properties we were interested in, giving her honest opinion and we really appreciated that! She has always been so personable and caring in my interactions with her. Her husband Ron helped us to view properties on Facetime, since we bought while living in other state. He was very patient and showed us all the properties in detail. Great experience!

Erin Evans and husband go the step further to make sure you are satisfied with what you are looking for. Experiencing the military life herself makes a big difference. My kids loved her, it made our house hunting fun. I could text her after hours and she'd be there for us for any questions/concerns.
