One of the first things that stood out about Erin compared to other realtors was that she took the time to sit with us and go over the process of home buying the first time we met her. She explained it thoroughly and made sure we understood everything, and as soon as we had any questions she followed up promptly. Furthermore, she clarified the expectations from both ends, and what her responsibility would be if we decided to work with her. We appreciated that she gave us time to decide if we wanted to work together, and didn't add any pressure during the entire process. She always made it clear that all decisions were ours, and was available with honest feedback.

Erin Evans is a personable and genuine person; she provided the highest level of customer service I've seen – elite top 1% group demonstrated by her exceptional performance. She went above and beyond, going out of her way to help and assist us even asking former clients for leads on homes that might be going up for sale in our target area. She made herself available - on many occasions we communicated with her in the late evening hours. Erin understands clients’ needs and exceeded our expectations. She has excellent communications skills, returned all phone calls, and promptly responded to our emails and texts.

Erin has a good understanding and knowledge of area market, comps, and price points. She will not steer you wrong just to make a sale. She has your best interests at heart without a doubt.

We would definitely recommend Erin to anyone we know who is the market to purchase or sell a home and are very confident that she will exceed their expectation as she did ours. We were referred to Erin Evans four years ago when we were considering selling our home. When she showed up for the initial appointment we were extremely impressed with her knowledge of the area, her ability to listen to what we wanted and not push us in the direction she felt we should go and her follow up after our initial appointment. Although we decided not to sell the house because it just wasn't the right time for us, Erin respected our decision and always stayed in touch with our family. When we did decide to sell Erin was our one and only choice. We've had bad experiences with realtors in the past so it was important that we go with someone we knew would do an amazing job selling our home. Believe me when I say she definitely lived up to our expectations!!! Outstanding customer service, spot on with the estimating the sales price of the property and great communication (we were selling the home while out of state).

Erin's performance was outstanding!! Selling a home while living in another state can be challenging to say the least however with Erin we didn't have to worry. She thought of everything and we trusted she would take care of the things we couldn't take care of due to location. From the first meeting Erin was always prepared, helpful and very informative. Erin made the process as a first time home buyer fairly easy and explained to me the whole process from start to finish.
