When we purchased our first of two houses on Oahu, we selected Erin Evans as our realtor from her first class website, and her follow-up to our inquiries while we were still located in the Washington, DC area. It was an easy decision for us to ask Erin to represent us in the second home purchase.

As we needed to sell that second home to move back to the mainland, Erin Evans was our choice again. In addition to providing superior support in selling our home on Oahu, she assisted us in finding an excellent realtor in our new location.

I would highly recommend Erin and Ron Evans (Team Evans) to anyone buying or selling a home. I was moving from Las Vegas to Oahu, so therefore, a lot of the transactions had to be done at a distance. I first found Erin's name just googling Hawaii realty companies and she was the first person to get back to me quickly so she gained my business right off the bat. The superb excellent customer service did not stop there. I flew to Hawaii for only three days to find a home. Erin and Ron picked my mom and I up at our hotel and took us to see many homes. I told them, "I'd really like to be in escrow before I leave." Working deals, writing counteroffers, and negotiating through all hours of the night, they made it happen before I walked on that plane!!! I was surprised and felt they really gave me their all (even though, I'll admit, I wasn't a high-purchasing customer... but they NEVER made me feel like that). They always returned my calls/texts/emails within minutes. They even FaceTimed with me for my final walk through. When I flew back to pick up my keys, they picked my mom and I up at the airport and took me to my new home. They have constantly reached out and said, "let us know if you need anything" and it is very genuine. I've never experienced customer service so personal, genuine, professional, and comforting. My only regret is that I did not purchase my previous home from them in Las Vegas. (However, I think they are only licensed in Hawaii). I give my utmost recommendation to Erin and Ron Evans for anyone buying or selling a home. If you're seasoned in the business or new to real estate, they will meet all of your needs. I can't say enough about these amazing people!

I LOVE MY HOME!!!! I love Team Evans!!! I will continue to call on them for my future homes as my family grows and the need for a bigger place araises. Centry 21, you made the best move ever taking this team on... I hope they made you proud, because through their hard work and dedication, willingness, drive, and using humorous banter to keep me from freaking out as this is my first home.... they have made me proud and confident I made the right choice.

It was very clear Erin was interested in helping us and not worried about a commission check. She worked quickly and got our home on the market in less than a week. We listed on a Wednesday and had a full asking price offer four days later with a back up offer the following day. Selling a home requires a lot more steps than the mainland. Erin handled those extra service requirements (example: termite inspection and cleaning service). She referred reliable and inexpensive service professionals to take care of the repairs required to complete the sale. Erin was an effective buffer between us and the buyer's agent who was a pain to work with. I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a home for us in Hawaii.

Erin communicated with us on a daily basis. She aggressively followed up with prospective buyers who visited our home via open houses and scheduled visits. She convinced us to execute a contingent offer that resulted in the successful sale of our home. Erin epitomizes integrity and is very trustworthy.

Erin is an excellent broker. We cannot purchase the house in the time frame of 45 days without her services. She is very fast and professional. We definitely want her for our property transactions in the future. We will recommend her for our friends when they are looking for buying/selling properties.

Erin was great to work with. Her knowledge about our location was an invaluable asset to have. She was honest and upfront with what she thought the value for the house was and the house sold at the value she thought it was worth. She does a good job in explaining why its beneficial to price the house at a realistic selling cost instead of over estimating the value and having to keep making price corrections in order to sell the house.

She was very accommodating to our busy work schedule and wouldn't hesitate meeting us on a weeknight at 8pm, or on Saturdays. She worked around our schedule which made it a whole lot easier on us.

Erin was referred to us by a close friend. We were given her point of contact and right away she went to work for us. My husband and I let her know what we were looking for and within minutes we had a listing of houses to view. She was with us every step of the way, answering questions and explaining information that we did not understand.
