When we needed to sell our home, Mr. LoGiudice was our first choice. He was a quality person outside the Real Estate business so it made sense to give him a chance to help us sell our home. He surpassed our expectations as we worked through the process of our home sale. He treated us with respect, dignity and sensitivity as we had to sell a house we really loved. He was attentive to the prospective buyers and kept us in the loop the whole way. He allowed us to make all the decisions, guiding us through our options. He was vigilant about holding open houses and walkthroughs to get traffic through and hence got us the best scenario for our home's sale. We felt like we were his most important client as he juggled many others outside of our home sale. As much as we didn't want to sell (but had to), Mr. LoGiudice was a super agent to get the job done.
