As an out of state seller , I found and read his news letter for a few months then when we decided to sell I contacted him. I told him we will be selling after a 60 day notice to sell to our long term tenant . He went and met with the tenant , took pictures and got back with us right away with his opinion on condition and value of our house. After the tenant moved out he picked up the keys , made me aware of a few small repairs needed , found a handyman, got a bid and arranged for the work to be done .He sent pictures before & after. And offered to pay the handyman himself and collect on closing. Made the whole process easy and I did not have to make a long trip back to town for anything .He kept us informed and updated through the entire process .It sold for more than the listed price which was very nice too .
