I've recommended Jim to friends already and we're all happy with his attention to detail and patience during these large, and often stressful home or investment property purchases. He's been in Colorado for years and knows this state well. He's been a Realtor for a long time, too, and this is definitely a transaction where you want an experienced professional on your side. Jim was incredibly great to work with. We were first time home buyers and on a fairly short timeline due to a military move, and needed to find a home quickly. Jim helped us prepare months out so we would be ready when we arrived in town to look. He showed us plenty of homes and helped us revise our search when we couldn't find what we were looking for. I never felt pressured to rush into anything. He was friendly and knowledgable the entire way. I would highly recommend Jim.
