As an experienced real estate investor, I can honestly say I have never had such a professional and smooth experience with an outcome so much better than I could have hoped for in terms of price and speed of the sale of our home. Jim Tierney was perfect. He was professional and accessible. He guided us, yet included us in all of the decisions and we trusted him completely as he handled the sale. His advice on marketing the house, setting the price appropriately and negotiating with prospective buyers was excellent. We were especially impressed at his on line marketing and how beautifully his team staged the house. Jim Tierney is very knowledgeable about the area. He took care of handlng getting workers to paint the inside of the house and put in new carpets. Helped me get through all the paper work. Not as easy to do when you live out of town. He has a lot of patience. I would work with Jim Tierney again.
