I cannot say enough how absolutely wonderful it was to work with Joe. I am a first time homebuyer and he walked me through every step and explained what would be next. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for helping to make my dream come true Joe!!!

Working with Joe on our recent retirement home purchase was an absolute pleasure. We met Joe at an open house when we had just begun looking. He went out of his way to reach out afterwards to offer his assistance. He clearly understood the special circumstances of relocating and trying to buy a home while living somewhere else. Anything we asked of him he made happen. He was willing to do video tours for us so we could look from a far. Once we found our dream home he worked diligently to make the closing process as easy as possible. We had a few bumps in the road and he also quickly and efficiently solved our problems. He has a great network of contacts he works with so was able to provide us numerous needed recommendations both before and after closing. Most importantly, Joe is such a nice person and very honest. He truly cares about his clients and was as excited for us as we were on finding our home. I would recomme

Working with Joe to buy my first property was amazing. He was very easy to work with and his communication was very on point. He taught me so much about the process and how to get started. He was very straightforward and to the point. Would highly recommend him to a new home buyer or anyone in general. All around great guy! I will definitely be using him in the future!

Top Shelf Realtor!!! Very professional and knowledgeable about the area, current market and overall process. Easy to work with as he’s extremely responsive, flexible and friendly. Seriously, it felt like we’ve known him for years after touring properties for a few hours. We came to MB from out of state and left knowing we could trust his advice and guidance 100%. I hope we never have to move anywhere other than the MB area because we can’t imagine having any other realtor than Joe!! Stop searching for a realtor because they don’t get any better. You’ll be in good hands with Joe.
