I became a Realtor in 2006 to sell my own investment properties and quickly realized that I enjoyed working with people. After retiring from the fire Department in Baltimore, I decided to become a full time Realtor and start a team. I spent the first 15 years selling vacation homes in the MD/DE Beach area. At our peak, I had 8 agents and we were selling over 12 homes a month!

In 2021 I decided I wanted to start selling homes in SWFL. After briefly having a team, I decided I wanted to get back to my roots and work with clients one on one. Having a team is great but I want my clients to get 100% of my attention so now I operate alone. If you want to Relocate to SWFL, just give me a call!
