We felt very comfortable with her handling of everything and the fact that she helped find us a contractor to do repairs and followed up on all of that to see that it was done. We had to do very little- once we had cleaned the house and prepared it for showing, Julie took over. She even mowed it for us while we were waiting for the closing. We live 4 hours from the property so all of those extras were a huge help. She was very knowledgable about the market for the house and what our expectations should be. The house sold very fast and she was great with helping us negotiate the offers quickly and giving solid advise. The closing was done remotely and she took care of all the details- it made it very easy for us!

I had talked to and considered two other realtors before contacting Julie Campbell. One of whom was selling a lot of property close to mine and was personally recommended by business acquaintances in West Des Moines. Both of these realtors were knowledgeable and professional, but theirs was a standard sales process that would have offered little in the way of ideas or options for selling my land. This land had been in my family for 40 years, I felt I could find a better answer.

When I contacted Julie she asked me as a seller what I wanted to get out of the sale of my land. She was positive, energetic and immediately started brainstorming some really unique ideas which I found quite refreshing. We discussed these and within hours she had made calls and had followed up on them. It provided the creative direction for maximizing the return on the sale of my land while balancing my wishes as seller. Her pricing advice was right on and as the sales process evolved, she was in constant contact with me and fielded the neighbors, surrounding land owners' and the buyer's concerns promptly and professionally. Her experience and demeanor made this huge transition such a smooth process. Would absolutely recommend her.

Julie is very experienced and seems to know the area I was shopping in very well. She has direct experience with remodeling which really helped when looking at different properties. She could estimate the cost of doing some work on the home. I enjoyed working with her very much!
