I have been licensed for 40 years and used to be a property manager and have worked in law firms in real estate. My daughter and son-in-law work with me and cater to Mandarin speaking clients. In addition to selling, we also rehab properties, which homes are sometimes available to our clients to purchase. We do not sit around and wait for properties to hit the MLS. We sometimes have to actively seek off market properties for our clients. If our clients have properties that need rehabbed, we sometimes buy them. We truly are all things real estate and are passionate about helping people buy and sell real estate.
