Aloha Island Team

Karen Agudong is a REALTOR® with eXp Realty and works with her Aloha Island Team assisting clients with Residential, Vacant Land, and Condominium properties on the beautiful island of Kauai. Karen is the former Owner/Broker of Aloha Island Properties. She joined AIP in 1997 and purchased the company in 2005. During her time at AIP, their sales team assisted with large projects including project condominium sales, such as Kamamalu & Kalapaki Villas; subdivision sales Molokoa Village III, the Puhi Industrial Park and several large Amfac parcels, including the sales of Amfac Sugar Land over 18,000 acres; the largest land sale on Kauai at the time.

After owning the Brokerage for 10 years, Karen decided to focus primarily on sales. Through her drive and focused energy, Karen has been a Top Producer for over 25 years. She credits this to the hard work and great communication she gives to her clients. Approximately 75% of her personal business comes from referrals and return clients.
