We have now worked with Kathy Bradley twice and she was excellent both times! She helped put us at ease during all of the stress of buying and selling a house, especially with a newborn. Kathy was extremely patient with me especially since this was my first home purchase. She answered all questions and even taught me a few things.

She was part of the Homes for Heroes program. she gave us information at an open house, and when an opportunity to use her services opened up, we chose her. She really followed through with everything and helped us get past all our barriers.

Kathy was a very big help in guiding me through my first purchase of a house. She was very knowledgeable and provided great tips and insight to many different things about homes. Kathy was always available and very quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. She was very patient and always polite and understanding of my situation. I never felt obligated or rushed to find a home. My overall experience was a great one for a first time buyer. Kathy kept me motivated and supported me through it all when things became frustrating and bleak. Kathy is very passionate about what she does and is in it to find you your perfect home and not just try and sell you the first thing that comes up. She works her hardest in making sure you get the best deal and that it is a right fit for you. For these reasons I would highly recommend Kathy to friends and family because I am confident she would provide them the great service she provided me and I would feel comfortable knowing they would be taken care of.
