I have known Payton for many years and he helped our family move when I was a kid and now twice as now I have my own family. Truly fantastic person and extremely knowledgeable not just about the neighborhoods but about houses, construction, and how to maintain certain types of homes. I'll always be grateful and highly recommend working with him!

Payton really took his time to help us with selling our condo and buying our single family home. He was very patient with us when we had to take a break from the entire process when my husband was laid off, and he was ready to get the process going when my husband was able to land a new job. He is very knowledgeable of the entire Northern Virginia area and truly understood what my husband and I were looking for in a permanent home. He really makes sure each client gets what each person needs and wants. He is also very responsive in communication and made this whole process so much easier.

Payton told me exactly how it was going to work. I was 100% skeptical not that Payton was making seem flawless we talked this over a few times.
