After My mom suddenly passed away, I was left with her Condo in a different state that I live in. Kevin reached out to me to see if I was going to sell it. Originally i was going to try and sell it my self but after speaking with Kevin, It became very obvious that his knowledge, professionalism and reputation were exactly what I needed. He listed the condo, immediately had showings and sold it within a month. Could not have been more pleased with having Kevin on board to help during a tough time for my family and I.
