Kevin Mills operation is 1st-rate; his entire staff's excellent.

My partner and I've developed and sold property on the beach for 47-years and our area has MANY "good" agents ... and several pretty good companies; but the GREAT agents are pretty slim pickings - maybe a dozen.

Kevin Mills is a GREAT real estate agent. He came recommended (we literally know personally hundreds of agents - but Kevin we only knew by reputation). He met us to discuss our property at my partner's home in the Ocean Forest Section of Myrtle Beach and within 15 minutes we knew we had our guy.

Honestly? The only thing better than Kevin's "sales pitch" is his performance. Avoid "giving your listing" to a friend ... your "SALE" is "business"! You'll be MORE than satisfied, you'll get MAXIMUM results QUICKLY - and you'll make a NEW "friend"!

We'll use Kevin again ... every time.

Kevin and the Mills group were the gold standard for professionalism and communication.
My home was evaluated properly and sold in two days.

Lindsey is very professional. She’ll set realistic expectations. Lindsey has helped me both buy and sell. She helped me buy short term profit rentals and long term rental properties. She very in tune with the local market on when the right time to buy was, and right time to sell. I bought a 1 bedroom beach condo using Lindsey as my agent. I bought condo at $108,000 cash; I never lived in the unit. Lindsey then sold same unit in less than 3 months for $147,000 all cash! She’s a rare exceptional highly motivated agent! She’s upfront on both the pros and cons when educating the buyer or seller.
