We hired Kevin after a bad experience with another agency. Kevin and his team provided us with weekly communication on how the market was doing along with how many hits we had on all the real-estate sites. Kevin delivered on his promises from his initial sales pitch and was a pleasure to work with. Anytime I called his office with a question someone always called me back and provided us with guidance.
I would recommend his services to my family and friends.

I really enjoyed working with Kevin and his team. They heard me out when I expressed concerns about pricing and timing. I was selling in a difficult time (prices were decreasing) and I appreciated his and his team's knowledge of the market and willingness to be flexible based on my situation.

Kevin was very knowledgeable about the market which helped us to expedite the selling of our house.

Derrick was very attentive and we felt that he always had our best interest throughout the process. He listened to our needs and concerns. He was by our side the entire process. He was truly a lifesaver who always went above and beyond. My respect for him as both a person and professional are extremely high. He closed with us in a hotel lobby!! If that isn't devotion to his clients, what is???

Derrick openly listened to all our concerns and needs. He was always available and was prompt in returning messages or calls. He reached homes for our pet chickens that required special zoning. He found us a home that met all our needs and we will are forever grateful.
