Kevin and his team sold our home, the first person that saw it, bought it !!! There were a few hiccups, but everything worked out in the end. The whole team is quick to respond, Kevin, Montana and Stacy. They will get your property sold, they sold two for us. Would hire them again, but don't plan on moving anytime soon !!!!!

Kevin Mills was immediate with his phone call to me when a previous realtor had failed to sell my property. Already upset that my oceanfront condo had not sold with a different agency, Kevin Mills assured me he could get my property sold within my price range. We talked a while and Mr. Mills made me feel confident, so I decided to sign a contract with him. Kevin Mills kept me updated on the progress with bi-weekly reports so that I was kept "in the loop". Yes, Kevin Mills did sell my condo. His associates/assistants did their jobs responsibly, they talked me through everything and all transitions went smoothly.

I would certainly recommend Mr. Kevin Mills as a realtor to get the job done.

Everything went smoothly with Kevin Mills and his assistants who had to talk me through a couple of things that I did not understand. They kept me feeling confident throughout the whole process.

When I was looking for a realtor I googled top 10 sales in Harry Co..Kevin Mills name popped up. Liked the photo so I called. He said he’d meet with me at 3pm. He showed up 5 minutes early. I my world that’s on time. Kevin & I discussed price, decided on timeline, and 4 days later (BOOOM) sold. Kevin Mills doesn’t just sell properties he brings with experience and a ton of contacts all over the region and outside the state of SC. Kevin doesn’t wait for folks to ask to see properties he has clients with certain needs he can contact to make the sale. To get to this level of sales isn’t luck. Kevin, I am sure has had to work harder than the other realtors. If are buying or selling call Kevin Mills.

Kevin Mills and CENTURY 21 Barefoot Realty recently handled the sale of a condo I owned in Myrtle Beach. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get a contract on the property and close the transaction. Throughout the process, I thought they were very professional in their interactions with me and guided us through the process with no problems. The interactions we had with both Kevin and the staff at CENTURY 21 Barefoot realty was first rate. There was Good communications both by phone and email from the initial contact on the contract for the sale to the completion of the closing. I would highly recommend their services.

I chose Kevin Mills because he sold my neighbors condo a few months earlier. He did not disappoint. When I’m ready to make another purchase I will contact Kevin.

Our first sale fell through. It was put back on the market and sold again in two days for more money.

Kevin was easy to talk to and always available when I needed him. He was always willing to do anything I needed.

Montana, his assistant also easy to work with. She is another person willing to do anything to help.
