I researched the best and highest producing agents in the area to move our condo and Kevin’s name jumped to the top. Kevin and his team are very well organized, friendly and professional. They marketed the property very well and provided great market research for proper pricing. It’s no wonder why they move so many each year.
We were selling our condo to instead buy land to build on. When we became aware of lots we were interested in, I called Kevin at about lunchtime and that same day he had arranged to take us to see 4 lots that very evening and he delivered all of the HOA and architecture review board docs before we met. Armed with comparative transactions we were able to make an informed decision and made an offer that very night. Very very responsive and came prepared with everything we needed to know.
We’ve already closed on the lot and he’s continued to help us identify quality builders. Even after his jobs of buying and selling are done, he continues to provide premier service.
