About Kim Rickman

With over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management, I have established myself as a trusted professional in the industry. My expertise has been recognized by the Realtors Association, where I have been honored as a Top Producer for consecutive years from 2020 to 2023. I have also undergone advanced training and obtained certification as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), enabling me to provide exceptional service to sellers. Additionally, I have honed my negotiation skills through advanced training and designation as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Quinnipiac University, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in understanding market dynamics and economic principles. Having been born and raised in Massachusetts, I now reside in South Carolina.
