My situation is unique. I owned a condo in Hudson MA, but I was relocated to India and got stuck there due to COVID restrictions. I interviewed more than a few brokerage firms when I decided to sell the family home. Some were local, like OWN IT by Rickman Realty, others that were national, all the big names. I was impressed with my first meeting with Kimberly Rickman and held her in high regard throughout the selection process.
