We believe that her knowledge of the process and hard-working diligence got us the house of our dreams but she was also never too busy to explain to us every detail and step in the process. Kris Johnson always made herself available to us whenever we were interested in a property and continually brought more for us to look at. It was great that Kris new the neighborhoods in both Mansfield and Arlington. She was able to let us know if the schools districts were good and if the areas were up and coming or not. We looked for a long time and finally found a place that we liked, but it took some serious negotiating and four contracts later for them to agree to our price.
