We were buying in a difficult and "strange" market. We are also
had multiple check boxes for the property we wanted to buy.
Kris patiently navigated through offers on multiple properties
before we finally succeeded on a property that checked all the
boxes. We could not have succeeded in this crazy market
without her patience and calm assurance that we would find the
right house, and we did, and we're really glad it's over. :)
