If there was one word to describe Laurel it would be amazing, knowledgeable, hardworking, bold, warm, confident, etc. Obviously, there is no one word to describe Laurel. As first-time homebuyers, during the pandemic, we had no idea what to expect. Needless to say, from day one Laurel knew what we wanted. We were able to find our dream home during our first showing & got an offer accepted within days. Laurel Davies will work day & night for her client and pays close attention to detail. I should say that Laurel did an excellent job of arranging/coordinating with other agents as needed to ensure interested buyers/showings were taken care in a timely manner when scheduling conflicts arose. Laurel Davies is an excellent communicator and planned an effective sales strategy under difficult circumstances. I was in Europe, and this was done during the early stages of the pandemic. She obtained a cash buyer in less than a week, and the transactions closed without any complications or difficulty. She was always available despite the time difference, and she coordinated the entire process without any problem. There is simply no way this could have been done better. I will definitely use her again, and will recommend her very highly.

We viewed a property that came up on our Trulia search. The agent that showed the property wasn't from the area. Laurel was in a training class that day. Nancy, the agent from the Lincoln area, showed us the house. She highly recommended Laurel - "You need Laurel".
